Anti-Cheat
L4D2Center Anti-Cheat is a client-side application that players download
and run on their computers to prove they are not cheating.
It's designed to detect the full scope of possible cheats, such as addon usage,
sound modification, or private hacks, in order to provide a cheater-free
environment for our community.

If you are installing the Anti-Cheat for the first time,
download and install all the libraries via "Dependencies" button. -

Download and launch the Anti-Cheat.
antivirus issues
If your antivirus flags the Anti-Cheat as a virus, you will have to whitelist the application in order to use it.
For Windows Defender, the easiest way to proceed without compromising your system security is to: disable the antivirus, download the Anti-Cheat, add it to the whitelist, and then turn the antivirus back on.

When it asks you to login, open this page and press "Log In".

Done. If everything is fine, it should say "Successfully logged in".
